WHITE OAK White Oak Bible Church Akeley What to Expect on Sundays Here at White Oak, we believe and teach the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ: that Jesus lived a sinless life, died an atoning death on the cross for the sins of His people, rose again from the dead victorious over sin, ascended into heaven in triumph, is seated at the right hand of the Father, has all authority in heaven and earth, is conquering the nations to Himself as we speak, and will continue to do so till the knowledge of the Lord covers the earth like the waters cover the sea. +We believe and teach that we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, according to the Scriptures alone, to the glory of God alone. + We preach theologically reformed, expository sermons through entire books of the Bible (chapter- by-chapter, verse-by-verse). Whatever passage we're looking at, we examine the historical and literary context, and then apply it to our lives today. + We sing Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs unto the praise of God. Our desire is to be theologically rich and gospel-focused in our worship. +We fellowship with one another before and after the service-stirring one another on to love and good works. We also have a church breakfast before the service on the first Sunday of the month, and a potluck lunch after the service on the third Sunday of the month. We believe that sharing meals with one another is a means that God uses to cultivate comradery with one another, + We observe communion Location: 7 miles South of Akeley on Highway 64 Address: 30908 170th St., Akeley, MN 56433 Phone: 218-652-3848 Website: www.whiteoakbiblechurch.com Email: jake nelson31@yahoo.com Pastor: Jake Nelson 218-591-5957 Find us on Facebook every Sunday.
