All teams must be checked in and in place by 7:30am Meat cannot leave the contest site or Feathers!! $25 per category Maximum of 6 person team We ask that each team be able to cook a minimum of 7 racks of ribs Maximum of 50 teams for contest Meat turn-in time is 4pm Cooking space is 15' x 15' . You must supply your own tables for your cooking space Cash payout will be given by blind judging Serving times to public will start at 5pm.
