CHI St. Joseph’s Health Hospice Care is a Medicare-certified, Joint Commission approved hospice program. Hospice provides high quality care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of seriously ill and dying patients and their loved ones. Hospice gives individualized care to patients who have Alzheimer’s disease or dementias, cancer, heart, lung, kidney or liver disease, stroke or coma, Parkinson’s or ALS and other end stage chronic illnesses.
