Join us at the Heartland Park in Park Rapids and celebrate the start of biking season with a ride on the Heartland Trail! We're being joined by Itascatur Outdoor Activity Club and Northern Cycle to bring you bike safety info, tire changing demos and lots of giveaways (including 2 bikes from CHI St. Joseph's Health). We're also getting First Aid Kits to give away from Essentia Health-Park Rapids Clinic to keep people safe on the trails!
