Plastic Be sure to place items that are still usable in the reuse bunker/area and check out the bunker to see if you can find any discarded items to reuse or recycle. Only recycle what is listed on the recycling labels. Plastic bags can be recycled at Walmart or Cobom's in Park Rapids. Agricultural plastics including silage and bale wrap, along with boat wrap and greenhouse film can be brought in separately to either transfer station to be recycled. #2 Plastic Hubbard County has an organics recycling program for food waste.
