ew Hometo GROWING UP IN PARK RAPIDS, I spent many a day at Frank White Elementary aspiring to become a doctor so I could care for my loved ones. My dream first came true when I graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. After practicing for a few years, I was presented with the opportunity to fulfill my childhood aspirations and open a clinic in my hometown. In 2016, I purchased Bruhn Optical, and, to better reflect my personal passion for good eye health, rebranded it to Kueber Eye Care in 2018. Being able to move back to Park Rapids with my husband and our four kids was icing on the cake. KUEBER EYE CARE provides patients of all ages with eye- care, both preventative and emergency, and offers a full selection of prescription eyewear options. As an in-house optometrist, I'm in our clinic five days a week, which allows me to truly get to know my patients. It's a privilege and a core tenet of our philosophy: my staff and I believe eye care should be 100 percent personalized. By knowing our patients' hobbies, goals, and families, we can provide care that helps each patient live his or her life to the fullest. And with a frame selection that ranges in style from designer to performance, we make it easy to look good, too. PROVIDING EYE CARE in my beloved hometown has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined. Park Rapids, with its serene lakeside parks and pristine hiking trails, is my home, and I love sharing it with my children. My family's favorite place to be is in our local woodlands on days when sunlight filters through the trees.
