MAHUBE-OTWA provides services for low-income and elderly persons living in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena counties. MAHUBE-OTWA is a private, non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the low-income, public and private sectors of the community.
